Founder — NSW Consulting
Nathalie Sorbara has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, fiduciary and international tax environments, advising and assisting shareholders, companies and corporate groups on governance, transactions, reorganisations and cross-border projects.
Her experience spans the coordination and implementation of complex corporate matters involving lawyers, tax advisers, fiduciaries, banks, notaries, accountants and other professionals across multiple jurisdictions. She has worked in international fiduciary, family-office and corporate environments, combining technical understanding with a practical approach to execution.
